Valalalel, queen of Escaloth, the ice planet. Endowed with Loitu, Sibir, Kione, and Ondas Gifts by the Eldar Race and given the ice jewel, a sacred gem that has untold power to protect her planet. She welcomes Harris, Rose and their refugees as they flee from the Lohkai. After realizing the Lohkai had learned how to travel amongst the stars, She works with Harris and Rose to fortify the planet and successfully repel the Lohkai due to their Cai being enhanced by the similar environment of the planet. They realize they must form a bigger organization to defend against the Lohkai. She offers up the Ice Jewel to power a station that can travel through space and time while transporting a military to defend worlds that join their cause. She is instrumental in helping form the galactic republic and remains a friend of Rose and Harris.
