The Duel
Each side vies to unite the galaxy cluster under their rule and return it back to Elloheim’s empire.
The Edu led by Harris and his Queen seek to build a powerful republic on the basis of teaching all Elmin the Cai.
Sakor leads his Lohkai in training only the strongest Elmin with one mission: to Conquer.
Harris and Sakor’s war against each other is fueled by their belief in their promised rule over the galaxies.
In the weeks following their reestablishment of Veystus, Harris and Sakor are both commissioned to teach the Cai throughout the galaxies to the Elmin. They each receive visions from Elloheim in different instances, first telling Harris his people will unite the galaxies under the empire’s rule, and the second to Sakor that he should be at peace in knowing that Harris will not be the uniter of the galaxies. Both chose to hold onto these promises as a right to rule rather than a be humbled by Elloheim’s decision to speak with them.

Conquest
The Edu and Lohkai launch campaigns in opposite directions conquering small kingdoms worshiping the rebel Eldar who have been imprisoned since the first rebellion. Many systems readily join with either side seeing the power and resources they bring.

Destruction
For kingdoms that rebel, their legacies are turned to ash, leaving no trace. The use of the Cai is so much more effective than any technology developed to date. As most of the rebel kingdoms are exstinguished, the focus shift back to developing each individuals skill with the Cai.

Develop
The Cai begins to be used for challenges beyond war. Vassals build incredible new vehichles of transportation and industry that quickly reshapes the distance between the galaxies, opening up new territories and peoples. This brings the Lohkai and Edu face to face once more.
